As a CRM specialist, I successfully executed a complex project involving the migration of over 100,000 contacts from an existing CRM to a new GoHighLevel account. Utilizing advanced Excel techniques, I meticulously identified and eliminated duplicate contacts, filtered out invalid data, and accurately imported crucial details such as addresses, emails, and secondary contacts. all while maintaining data integrity.

Zapier / Axiom: Automations and web scraping

As a skilled automation specialist; Facebook, our website, Instagram, and Meetup would seamlessly have their new signups and followers created as new contacts and added to our database then an automation tree. Additionally, I leveraged Axiom’s powerful scraping capabilities to identify and capture over thousands of potential clientele accounts from Facebook and Instagram, expanding our outreach efforts significantly.

By meticulously cleaning and updating contact information, I ensured data integrity and efficiency. Additionally, I developed an automation solution that significantly reduced downtime between calls, enabling agents to triple their productivity.

WordPress base with custome flare, this very grid that displayed those cards was built with Good Ol’fashioned Code, the rest is standard WordPress and it’s theme, just because it is more effiecient, and I am not a good designer haha.
